OTHER POLICIES
Shipping Policy
Once you have placed an order with Phone Lasso, allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped from via USPS from our North Carolina distribution center. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.
Return Policy
Phone Lasso, LLC is committed to providing you with the best product possible. Your Phone Lasso is covered by a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied after receiving your product, any Phone Lasso product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, as outlined below, to ensure your satisfaction is met.
- We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase only if the product was purchased directly from phonelasso.com.
- Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds exclude shipping charges, as shipping is non-refundable.
- Please contact Customer Service 800-840-8472 to initiate the return.
- Please allow up to 15 business days after the receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
We will replace any broken or defective Phone Lasso product for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase free of charge. Proof of purchase may be required for replacement.
Payment Policies
When you place your Phone Lasso order using a credit or debit card, Phone Lasso authorizes your purchase by verifying that your card has the available funds. Your credit card provider will set aside those funds until your Phone Lasso products have shipped. Please be aware that if your purchase does not complete, the funds set aside by your credit card processor or bank may continue to be unavailable to you for several days, but will not be taken by Phone Lasso.
